Florida-based BRAU Consulting Services LLC is the operator and sole service provider; the founders emigrated from Germany to the United States over ten years ago. Then there are the cooperation partners in both countries.
What fees do I have to expect? How is the account settled?
As a rule, an expense-related consultant remuneration is agreed, which is based on a flat rate or time depending on the respective need for advice. The initial consultation is free of charge and includes the exact details of the costs of the requested consulting service.
Where can I find references?
There are references from private and corporate clients of BCS of the last ten years. For reasons of discretion, we inform about our references only on special request. Testimonials from our customers can be found on the reference site.
Are you only active in Germany?
No, we are on site in Germany AND in the USA. We are permanently present in the USA in Jacksonville (Florida). However, as offered service we are able to travel for you to the destination of your choice.

What time period do I have to expect?
It depends on the kind of visa you apply for and on the circumstances. The usual time between the first consultation and the granting of your Visa is 8 weeks and 10 months. Professional consultation and handling will accelerate the application and processing time.
Which visa forms do I choose?
Es sind zunächst drei Visa-Formen zu unterscheiden:
1.) Visitor visas: For private individuals
Special visas for entry up to 180 days for restricted business or tourist stays,
including: B-1 (Business Visitor) and B-2 (Tourist)

First, "Employment-based":

• EB-4 (Special Immigrants including Religious Workers)
